In many places around the world, women lawyers comprise more than half of the lawyer part of the practising profession. If you expand the parameters to include allied legal professionals, for some of these specialist roles, that percentage is even higher. However, the same can’t be said for the number of women equity partners, women in the judiciary, or women in C-suite roles in law firms. And, when it comes to pay equity, the statistics also reveal that women are still a long way from being paid for the work they do!
Given these stats, how can/do successful women navigate the current business environment and start up, grow, advance their vision, values and purpose AND, leave behind a legacy that others will sustain?
That’s the question we will ask and have answered in this amazing eight-part series from CLI’s Legalpreneurs Lab, Women Legalpreneurs Special Interest Group (SIG). Join us and share in the experience and learnings of the 28 outstanding women who comprise our series international faculty. This series is all about the practical, the candid, and the real, from women who have been there and done it so, they truly know and understand the subject areas they'll be discussing!
